Suggestion box

Members are encouraged to submit their suggestions on various issues related to the welfare of the community within the purview of the Association. To submit the suggestion the member is required to log-in (please refer to the Members’ List page for the log-in procedure). Upon log-in, the requisite profile details of the member would be automatically filled-in. While submitting the suggestions, members may take note of the following:

1. English is the only language to be used for framing the suggestion
2. The cooling-off period is fifteen days between display of one suggestion and the next from the same member, i.e. the system shall not allow further entry from the same member during his cooling off period.
3. Content-wise similar suggestions from multiple members may be clubbed by the Administrator into one
4. Not more than three (to be picked up on the basis of seniority of uploading time) suggestions, shall be displayed in a day, for two days in a week.
5. To encourage participations, Administrators may bring changes in the procedure from time to time with prior notification

Administrators reserve the right to apply discretions to accept a suggestion, clubbing multiple suggestions into one, moderations of language before finally uploading a suggestion.
