To federate and confederate all the Associations and/or Organizations of Pensioners and retirees of Coal India Limited and its Subsidiaries.
To create a vibrant, healthy and smiling society of Retired Executive community of Coal India and its Subsidiaries which would not only be an automatic choice for all executives of Coal India to be graduated as a member of the Organization after superannuation, but would also be referred a role model in the larger society as the way of adding value in lives through co-operation.
From a mere ten retired executives pursuing speedy implementation of Performance Related Pay,
within a span of eight years the seed of the Association has grew up as a strong tree deeply rooted
with flourishing member strength of more than six hundred, all committed for their life-long
attachment with the Organization. The strenuous journey from informal gathering in road side tea
stall is now presently dwells in a borrowed space. Meanwhile, the Association spreads its wings to
Asansol and Dhanbad. Want of infrastructure dwarfs the aspiration of growing up. Need of the hour
is the efforts of the collectives.
