SECOND APPEAL

Pursuant to the earlier appeal for fund raising, Members are now aware, that on 21st June, 2026 the Association has successfully registered the property and took possession of the premises. In the process, against estimated budget of Rs. 24 Lakhs, the Association has already, spent more than Rs. 24.5 Lakhs towards property value, registration, various statutory administrative charges, legal and professional fees etc. It is now, almost two months, that the Association has been operating from the premises, originally built for dwelling of a unit family, without waiting for necessary repair or remodelling. This would call for further additional fund.

Till 30th June, 2026 out of more than eight hundred members, donations to the Building Fund have been received to the tune of Rs. 10,71,054 from only 241 individual members, i.e. less than one-third of our total strength, and another Rs.36,000 from Group contribution from Asansol Branch, totalling Rs.11,07.054. A list of the individual contributions till 30th June, 2026 is attached. A few more individual contributions have also been received during the intervening period. Those will be included in the next bi-monthly list in the month of September’26.

In view of the above, it is fervently requested members, who are yet to respond, to come forward with their contributions. Our bank details are given below for convenience.
